Pyrokinesis is an alleged psychic ability. It allows the user to only move the object in their hands: flame. Albeit not entirely psychic, as some may control due to their blood, like Kyo Kusanagi. But by the basics, pyrokinesis is usually a branch of telekinesis or a psychic force.

Abilities[]

The user wielding pyrokinesis can shape, control, materialize and manipulate fire: the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products along with radiation. The user can use many arts of fire. Such as firebreathing (which is also associated with dragons), summoning flame giants, flameshifting or igniting themself with fire without any damage and pain whatsoever. Pyrokinesis can also shift or vary in change of color and intensity. They can be a eerie green to a deep black, and can be weak to ridiculously powerful. Whether or not, if they have a change in color, the fighter can still use pyrokinesis like any other and it won't be affected, like Iori Yagami with having purple (Orochi) flames. Others can also have their colors changed or intensity and they will be different from others.

Limitations[]

• May be unable to create fire from thin air, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
• Control is extremely important. Unconscious use of this power can be catastrophic.
• Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power's natural limits.
• Fire Immunity and/or Thermal Resistance isn't always part of the package, so burning yourself is possible.
• Users can be overpowered by Water Manipulation, Water Generation, Ice Manipulation and/or Freezing.
• May be limited to controlling/immunity to the fire which they create.
