Kaito Kumon (駆紋 戒斗?, Kumon Kaito), better known as Kamen Rider Baron (仮面ライダーバロン?, Kamen Raidā Baron) is an Armored Rider and the former leader of the Beat Rider team known as Team Baron.

Kaito is a cold and ruthless man, believing that in order to get what you want and survive, you need to be strong; this is ironic, seeing Baron considers himself part of the weak, and wants power to stop the strong from oppressing the weak. He wanted to see the world as a place where no one is oppressed, but has since abandoned this goal, seeing it as an empty pipe-dream, but still keeps his hatred of oppression.
